How to make Monster Cookie Energy Balls
1. In a large bowl, combine the Rice Krispies and old fashioned oats.

2. Warm ¾ cup peanut butter in the microwave for 10–15 seconds to make it easier to mix. Add the peanut butter to the bowl with the Rice Krispies and oats, then pour in the honey.

3. Stir in the vanilla and cinnamon, then mix until everything is evenly combined.

4. Fold in the mini M&M’s (or your preferred mix-in). Kids love this step!

5. Cover the bowl and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to firm up.
6. Remove the mixture from the fridge and use your hands to roll it into small, bite-sized balls. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
