Summertime calls for refreshing treats. Stock your freezer with these Raspberry & Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Pops — a light, delicious frozen snack made with Greek yogurt, fresh berries, a touch of sugar and a hint of vanilla. At about 63 calories per pop, they’re a simple way to stay cool all summer long.

Summer officially begins in my book the day the kids finish school, and today was that day — full of excitement and the promise of lazy, long days ahead. I love cooling off with something frozen when the temperatures rise, and these pops are light, fruity and easy to make. They’re healthy enough to enjoy without guilt and refreshing enough to make you forget the heat.

I’ve been experimenting with popsicles and frozen treats lately and finally managed to photograph these before they disappeared. The result is bright, fresh pops with the natural sweetness and tartness of berries balanced by creamy Greek yogurt. They’re perfect for snack time, parties, or whenever you want a light dessert.
Notes About The Raspberry & Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Pops
- I made these in a quick-freeze pop maker that speeds up the process, but you can easily use classic popsicle molds and a regular freezer. Either way works well — choose whatever is most convenient.
- I hand-chopped the berries and folded them into the yogurt for a pleasant texture with small berry pieces. If you prefer a smoother mixture, pulse the ingredients in a food processor for about 30 seconds.
Note: This is not a sponsored post. I simply enjoy the convenience of a quick-freeze pop maker and share my honest opinion.
